Job Description

EagleStar Property Care LLC is looking for reliable and experienced independent handyman contractors to handle residential property maintenance, repairs, and rent-ready services.

We are seeking contractors who can complete a variety of repair and maintenance jobs with quality workmanship, professional communication, and reasonable pricing that fits within our clients’ approved budgets.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman repairs and property maintenance.

• Handle drywall patching, painting, door and lock repairs, and minor carpentry.

• Complete basic plumbing repairs and fixture replacements within the contractor’s qualifications.

• Perform minor electrical repairs only when properly licensed or legally permitted.

• Handle property cleanup, minor repairs, and rent-ready work.

• Provide separate estimates for labor and materials when requested.

• Submit clear before-and-after photos and completion reports.

• Follow work-order instructions and meet agreed-upon deadlines.

• Obtain approval before performing additional work or exceeding the approved budget.

Requirements

• Previous handyman or residential property maintenance experience.

• Own transportation, tools, and necessary equipment.

• Ability to provide competitive labor rates and reasonable material costs.

• Reliable, professional, and responsive communication.

• Ability to follow work-order instructions and photo documentation requirements.

• Any required licenses, permits, or certifications for regulated work.

Compensation and Work Terms

• Payment is based on the approved scope of work and agreed-upon rates.

• Contractors must provide reasonable pricing that aligns with the client's budget.

• Labor and material costs must be itemized when requested.

• No additional work may be performed without prior approval.

• Ongoing work opportunities are available based on service area, client demand, pricing, and performance.

• This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity.
